    The kids are going to their dad's this weekend.  Time for a hot date and some foolin' around. Right.  So far my plans include renting "Terms of Endearment" and going to the market to get some Cherry Garcia.  I am totally lame.  But that's heaven compared to late Sunday night.  That's when the kids present the "dad's new wife report"  which includes a list of all the presents she gave them, and a description of all the crap she let them eat. 

     

    Is it just me, or is that bag boy at the market really cute?  I think his face is finally clearing up.  Maybe I'll let him help me to the car next time.

    I know exactly what its like being a single mom.  I was a stay at home mom for 16 yr and now I am back to work full-time.  I am enjoying it though, accounts receivable.
     
    Not enjoying the fact that my soon to be ex is livng with a girl who is 14 yr younger than him.  Ugh!  However by June 7 I will be ready for the dating scene myself.  I am interested in someone but not yet ready to let him know, we are just talking right now.  The important thing is the kids like him.

    I do hate the new wife report. That would drive me nuts/crazy.
    I am 41 and divorced and have a teenage daughter that is 16. I still talk to her dad way to much and see him too. I need a little space. LOL. Take care.
